1. PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Have min. 15 years experience of Project Construction/Installation/Project Management in oil & gas offshore facilities
• Have several experiences in handling brown field /green field projects/pipeline projects
2. PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree preferably from Engineering
• Have minimum 10 years experience in Offshore Oil & Gas/ Construction company and minimum 15 years in procurement
• Have good negotiation and communication skills
• Have good knowledge of export and import procedure
• Understand about supply chain management
• Have knowledge of suppliers and vendors also aware to the market price/trend
• Able to develop and implement the policies and procedures for all the procurement activities
3. INSTALLATION MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 15 years of project engineering experience in oil and gas industry, including minimum 5 years of offshore construction experience
• Have minimum 5 years experience in offshore oil and gas facility design and construction experience
• Familiar in handling the project scope of fabrication and installation jacket and deck also pipeline
• Have excellent interpersonal, planning, scheduling, and organizations skill
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
4. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 15 years of project engineering experience in oil and gas industry, including minimum 8 years of offshore construction experiences
• Have minimum 8 years experience in the same position and handling Greenfield/Brownfield project.
5. ENGINEERING MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 15 years of project engineering experience in oil and gas industry, including minimum 5 years of offshore construction experience
• Have minimum 8 years experience in the same position and handling Greenfield/Brownfield project.
6. PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER/LEAD PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 10 years experience in Project Control in oil & Gas industries (offshore)
• Must have experience in handling min. 2 project as a Project Control Manager
• Proficient with Primavera and MS. Project
7. QA/QC MANAGER
Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Have min. 10 years experience in QA/QC in oil & gas industries (offshore)
• Have min. 5 years experience of offshore facilities construction and fabrication
8. PROJECT HSE MANAGER
Requirement:
• Hold Bachelor or Diploma degree in HSE Management with min. 10 years of experience or Bachelor degree in Engineering with some formal HSE qualification such as NEBOSH having min. 15 years of experience.
• Experience at least 10 years in oil and gas industry
• Sounds knowledge of applicable national and international codes, standards, and regulatory requirements and Industry HSE Best Practices namely quality and HSE Management Systems i.e. SMK3, ISO9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, applicable IMO Standards such as ISM Code, ISPS Code, MARPOL 73/78, SOLAS Conventions
• Knowledge and ability to perform effective Risk Assessment technique or facilitate HSE studies such as HAZID, SIMOPS, JSA/TRA
• Able to use management concepts and principles including goal setting, planning and execution in implementing company HSE policies, procedures, guidelines and work requirements
• Experience in develop HSE training program and deliver training to all levels
• Has highly analytical and thorough approach, also good in organizing, planning and coordinating.
• Excellent relationship building, problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent in English and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels on a wide range of complex and sensitive issues
• Good computer skills (MS Words, excel, Power Point)
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, responsible, integrity and good working ethics.
9. LEAD CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 10 years of working experience in construction engineering, brownfield modification and/or greenfield
10. SNR FIELD ENGINEER
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 10 years of working experience in brownfield modification and/or greenfield projects
11. SENIOR PIPELINE ENGINEER
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 10 years of working experience in related field in oil & gas industry
• Professional on using orcaflex and offpipe
• Able to independently handle flexible flow line laying, initiation and A&R analysis, dynamic riser installation analysis
12. LEAD STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 10 years of experience in offshore installation engineering (structure)
• Familiar with design code AISC, API, DNV, Nobel Denton
•Professional on finite element analysis
• Advanced competency in the use of SACS, Staadpro software and processes applicable to offshore structural designs.
• Full knowledge of analyses for Load out, Transportation, and Lift
13. SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (GREEN FIELD/BROWN FIELD)
Requirements :
• Bachelor in Engineering
• Minimum 15 years experience in the same position
• Has done project preparation such as writing installation procedures
• Has worked onboard barge or vessel as Field Engineer or Project Engineer during installation of subsea system in 3 different projects as a minimum
• Has working experiences in Oil & Gas industry, especially in offshore projects both green field and brown field
14. SENIOR NAVAL ARCHITECT
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Naval
• Have minimum 10 years of experience in the same position in shipping/oil & gas industry
15. HOOK UP SUPERINTENDANT
Requirements:
• Have minimum 15 years of experience in offshore construction and installation background
• Preferable already handle min. 3 projects with the same position
16. LEAD PRECOMMISSIONING/COMMISIONING ENGINEER
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of working experiences in oil & gas industry with applicable experience in handling the commissioning of major oil & gas projects
17. SENIOR CONTRACT ENGINEER
Role & Responsibly
• To Contractually Administer PRIME Contracts and ensure best possible outcome for PT TIMAS SUPLINDO whilst assisting to meet the Clients deliverable expectations
• Participate in meetings and offer Contractual guidance and support to the Project Manager
• Liaise with all internal functions and groups with regards to schedule, growth, change, cost and contract procedural requirements. Control and coordination of all contractual correspondence
• Coordinate with the Subcontracts Coordinator in applying prime contract conditions on a back to back basis
• Administration of Company Insurance
Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree
• Have minimum 10 years experience in the oil & gas construction industry or in a Contract Management role
• Good communication skills (English written & oral)
18. SUBCONTRACTOR SPECIALIST
Requirements :
• Male/Female, max. 45 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Have min. 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry
• Able to conduct all procurement process & activities, also liaise with internal & external parties during procurement process, prepare document of contracts/ purchase/ service order to be sign by both parties
19. PLANNER
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree Engineering
• Must have at least 8 years experiences as planner in oil & gas company
• Excellent in Primavera 6 and Microsoft Project
20. SENIOR COST CONTROLLER/ COST ENGINEER
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Have minimum 15 years experiences in the same position
• Have minimum 10 years experiences involvement in project or major facilities, related in oil and gas industry (offshore background would be advantage)
• Proficient in English both oral and written
21. COST CONTROLLER
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Have minimum 5 years experiences in the same position
• Have minimum 5 years experiences involvement in project or major facilities, related in oil and gas industry (offshore background would be advantage)
• Proficient in English both oral and written
22. PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER
Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Bachelor Degree Engineering
• Must have at least 8 years experiences as project control engineer in oil & gas company
• Excellent in Primavera 6 and Microsoft Project
23. SAFETY OFFICER
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree
• Have minimum 5 years of experience in offshore project both greenfield/brownfield
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English and Bahasa).
