PROJECT MANAGER (PMTM)

Qualifications:
• Male, max. 50 years old.
• Min. Bachelor”s degree in engineering discipline or in technical discipline from reputable local or overseas university.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience working on industrial design projects for the Oil & Gas Pipeline industries is required, plus 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• The qualified candidate will demonstrate experience as the lead Project Manager for gas pipeline projects.
• The appropriate qualified candidate will have knowledge of codes and standards for liquid and/or gas pipelines and the ability to develop and maintain effective cost controls and schedules.
• Ability to develop employee involvement.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Willing to travel and/or working at site projects.

SITE MANAGER (SMTM)

Qualifications:
• Male, max 45 years old.
• Min. hold a diploma degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years experience working on the Oil & Gas Pipeline contractor is required plus 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to EH&S.
• Self-starter with proven leadership abilities.
• Visible teamwork orientation.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Willing to travel and/or working at site project.

HR MANAGER (HRM)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Law /Psychology or related discipline. GPA 3.00 / 4.00
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position
• Proficient in Policy Review, Benefit Recommendation, Payroll System, Job Analysis & Job Evaluation.
• Good technical and conceptual skills in Policy Review and Employee Benefit matters.
• Conduct employee performance appraisal.
• Have good knowledge in HRIS

Responsibilities:
• Conduct HR policies and regulation regarding compensation, benefit and employee performance appraisal
• Arrange strategic and planning human resource development.
• Manage personnel employee, ie. HRIS, Jamsostek, medical insurance.
• Monitoring agreement of employee, contract and dealing remuneration package.
• Responsible for salary administration, overtime report (BTR, transportation, etc)

ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT (PDVM)

Qualifications:
• Male, maximum of 40 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline. GPA 3.00 / 4.00
• Minimum 5 years experiences in coal mining exploration.
• Hold a POP Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate.
• Experience in mapping & sample programs.
• Good communication and technical reporting in English.
• Able to operate mining software such as Surpac and Minescape.
• Good knowledge in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining method and equipment.
• Good communication, leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to be located at Jakarta and travelling to our job site.

Responsibilities:
• Ensured Coal Getting and Overburden provide safe working conditions and achieved the maximum recovery of coal with minimum dilution
• Manage Short term and long term operation plans.
• Made design pit and waste dump and reported to Senior Site Manager regarding the mining performance.
• Daily, weekly and monthly planning and reporting production activities.
• Communicated all plans to production team
